Seven signs this wellbeing workshop is for you
You function well but feel nothing. Everything runs smoothly. You’re competent—and completely disconnected.
“Fine” is your most honest answer. No crisis, just absence.
You can’t remember what you enjoy. Hobbies? Interests? Gone. Everything feels like a task.
Connection feels performative. You show up, ask the right questions—but don’t feel connected to anyone, including yourself.
Purpose feels like a luxury for other people. You’re too busy executing to wonder if any of it matters.
Achievement is hollow. You check boxes, meet expectations—none of it feels satisfying.
You’re waiting to feel alive again. Assuming it will come back on its own. Maybe after this project. Maybe never.
The workshop
A full-day intensive using evidence-based wellbeing science, adapted for Gen X who don't need hollow inspiration. You need re-engagement.
You’ll leave with:
Clarity on where you’ve disappeared
Specific moves to come back
A reality-based plan you’ll use
What you’ll work through
Immediate wellbeing audit: Where you are—not where you “should” be
Pattern recognition: What’s draining you vs. what could sustain you
Strategic re-engagement: Experiments to try, not vague goals
Reality-based action plan: Built for your real life, not an aspirational one
Community: Other Gen Xers done being half-alive

Part 3: What's Dead, What's Possible Identify patterns: What's draining you? What's sustaining you? What needs ending vs. re-ignition.

FAQ
What’s the difference between this and therapy? Therapy addresses mental health conditions and past trauma. This workshop tackles present-moment disconnection and gives you practical re-engagement tools. If you’re in crisis, see a therapist first. If you’re functioning but flat, this is for you.
Do I have to share personal stuff? No. Most activities are self-reflection or pair work. Group sharing is optional. You can stay private and still get full value.
Will this fix my life? No. You will. We give you the framework and moves. You do the work. We’re not here to save you—we’re here to help you come back to yourself.
What if nothing changes after the workshop? That’s data too. Maybe you weren’t ready, didn’t try the moves, or your life needs bigger changes than one workshop can deliver. All valid. We offer optional 1:1 follow-up if you need more support.
Can I get a refund? Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the workshop. After that, no refunds—but we’ll transfer you to a future date if available.
Is lunch included? Yes. Light lunch, snacks provided. Let us know dietary needs when booking.
What should I bring? Just yourself and a willingness to be honest. We provide everything else.
Will there be homework? No homework. You’ll leave with a 30-day action plan, but it’s self-directed. Do it or don’t—your call.
