Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site lawfully and in accordance with Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Products and Services

The Wildly Possible offers:

  • Coaching and personal development services

  • physical products

  • digital products (downloads, guides, programs).

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may update or discontinue products or services at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical products within Australia and, where available, internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless stated otherwise.

Digital Products

Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.

Programs and Coaching Services

We don't offer refunds for fees already paid, including any deposit. The one exception is where the law requires it, for example, if we fail to deliver a program, or don't provide it with reasonable care and skill. Those rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, no matter what these terms say. To be clear, this doesn't cover a change of heart or a refund because the work wasn't completed on your end; it applies where we haven't held up our side.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, enrolling means you are committing to the full program fee, not to individual instalments. The total amount remains payable in full regardless of how many sessions you attend or how much of the program you access.

By selecting a payment plan you authorise us (via our payment processor) to automatically charge your nominated payment method according to the published schedule until the full amount is paid.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and that sufficient funds are available on each due date. If a payment fails, we may re-attempt it and will contact you to arrange payment. Access to sessions, materials, or program content may be paused until your account is brought up to date.

Where a payment plan includes a larger first payment, that initial payment serves as a non-refundable deposit confirming your place. Cancelling part-way through a program does not release you from the remaining instalments.

The payment plan price is the same as the upfront price. We do not charge interest or additional fees for paying in instalments. Taxes are calculated at checkout, and all amounts are in AUD.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Coaching, mentoring, workshops, and educational content provided by The Wildly Possible are intended to support insight, reflection, and personal growth.

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

  • Any decisions or actions you take are your sole responsibility

  • Our services do not replace advice from qualified professionals

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wildly Possible is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from your participation.
