Seven Signs This Is For You
You function well but feel nothing. Everything runs smoothly. You're competent — and completely disconnected.
"Fine" is your most honest answer. No crisis. Just absence.
You can't remember what you enjoy. Hobbies? Interests? Gone. Everything feels like a task.
Connection feels performative. You show up, ask the right questions — but don't feel connected to anyone, including yourself.
Purpose feels like a luxury for other people. You're too busy executing to wonder if any of it matters.
Achievement is hollow. You check boxes, meet expectations — none of it lands.
You're waiting to feel alive again. Assuming it'll come back on its own. Maybe after this project. Maybe never.
The Framework: PERMA
Not a wellness buzzword. An evidence-based model of what actually constitutes wellbeing, developed and used in serious research for 30+ years.
Five elements. All measurable. All actionable.
P — Positive Emotion. Not toxic positivity. The capacity to notice and generate genuine positive experience. Most of us have quietly stopped doing this.
E — Engagement. The state of being absorbed in something that uses your strengths. Flow. Presence. Most of us are executing, not engaging.
R — Relationships. Not networking. Not performance. Genuine connection — including your relationship with yourself.
M — Meaning. Belonging to or serving something beyond the immediate task list. Gen X is often the most meaning-starved generation — too cynical to admit it, too busy to address it.
A — Accomplishment. Achievement for its own sake — not for approval. Most high-functioning women have achievement without accomplishment. There's a difference.
This is what we're working with. Not vibes. Not vision boards.
What You'll Work Through
The Wellbeing Audit — An honest baseline across all five PERMA elements. Not where you should be. Where you actually are.
Pattern Recognition — Which pillars have collapsed, which are compensating for others, and what that's costing you.
Strategic Re-engagement — One specific, reality-tested move per PERMA element. Not goals. Experiments.
The Subtraction List — What needs to end before anything else can begin.
Your 30-Day Plan — Built around your actual life, not an aspirational one.
Workshop Structure
Morning
Part 1: The PERMA Framework: Why most wellness advice fails — and what the science actually says. Introduction to all five elements and how they interact (and collapse).
Part 2: The Wellbeing Audit: Structured self-assessment across P-E-R-M-A. Honest scoring. No sugarcoating. Goal: see clearly where you've disappeared.
Part 3: What's Dead, What's Possible: Pattern analysis. Which pillars are depleted vs. compensating? What's draining vs. sustaining? What needs ending vs. re-ignition.
Afternoon
Part 4: The Re-Engagement Framework: One strategic move per PERMA element. Practical, evidence-based, reality-tested. Not "find your bliss" — find your next actual move.
Part 5: Your Wellbeing Plan: Build your 30-day re-engagement plan. Strategic subtraction list. Reality-check your boundaries. Make it executable.
Closing: One Edit. One shift. One move. One thing you're giving permission to end. No cheerleading. Just clarity.

FAQ
What's PERMA and why does it matter? PERMA is a scientifically validated model of wellbeing developed by psychologist Martin Seligman. Unlike most wellness frameworks, it's research-backed, measurable, and doesn't require you to believe anything. It maps five elements proven to contribute to human flourishing — and gives us a practical structure to audit and rebuild from.
What's the difference between this and therapy? Therapy addresses mental health conditions and past trauma. This workshop addresses present-moment disconnection using evidence-based tools. If you're in crisis, see a therapist first. If you're functioning but flat, this is for you.
Do I have to share personal things? No. Most activities are self-reflection or pair work. Group sharing is optional.
Will this fix my life? No. You will. We give you the framework and the moves. You do the work.
What if nothing changes? That's data too. Maybe you weren't ready, didn't try the moves, or your life needs bigger changes than one workshop delivers. We offer optional 1:1 follow-up if you need more support.
Can I get a refund? Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the workshop. After that, no refunds — but we'll transfer you to a future date if available.
What should I bring? Just yourself and a willingness to be honest. We provide everything else.
